Job Description

Implement, configure, and maintain Zscaler ZIA and ZPA solutions across enterprise environments. Manage policy configurations for internet access, SSL inspection, firewall, DLP, URL filtering, and cloud application control . Design and deploy secure remote access using ZPA , integrating with IdP solutions (Okta, Azure AD, etc.). Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of access or performance issues with Zscaler. Collaborate with network, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration with existing environments. Monitor and analyze Zscaler logs and alerts for security events and recommend improvements. Stay updated on Zscaler best practices, patches, and updates and apply them regularly. Participate in audits, compliance reporting, and prepare documentation and SOPs. Role & responsibilities
