Key Responsibilities:

• Intermediate Troubleshooting of network related incidents (link outages, peer outages, router/switch/firewall hardware failures, multicast and broadcast issues, network performance issues).
• Responsible for managing/ Implementation /configuring/ Deployment / Troubleshooting of Routing & Switching/ Firewall
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on multiple hardware platforms and Support for devices i.e. Cisco & Firewall devices
• Should have strong experience in installing, configuring, managing and maintaining devices
• Ability for preparing SOP.
• Work and resolve incidents with proper technical update and artefacts
• Preparing Plan of actions for Activities and New features.
• Working closely with customer IT team and collaborating with other IT staff
• Strict adherence to customer policies and processes
• Continuous guidance to team.
• Additional duties may be assigned as required
• Roles & Responsibilities may vary based on level shortlisted for.

Core Competencies :

- Network or Firewall

- Security Terminologies

- Security concepts

- Ability to adapt/improvise and take ownership

Technical Experience:

• Degree qualified in a relevant field (B.E, B. Tech, Computer graduate) or equivalent experience in Implementation & troubleshooting on Network Devices is essential.
• Relevant Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), CCNP will be advantageous.
