Network Security Engineer

(A) JD for Network Security Engineer (Proxy):

Experience: 1-3 years

Qualification: Graduation, CCNA/CCNP

Location: PUNE

Role & responsibilities

• Overall 2-3 years of experience in proxy solutions.
• Attending and responding to end-user calls related to

  Proxy (Zscaler)

• Co-ordination with other internal teams like network, server, security and FMS
• Assist in

  installation, re-installation and configuration

  of existing Zscaler components
• Perform

  troubleshooting

  on Zscaler Solution related issues by performing analysis and fine tuning, restricted to technical capabilities provided by vendor (Zscaler)

• Monitor Zscaler components

  on a periodic basis and submit reports to internal stakeholders as and when required / requested
• Escalate Zscaler solution related issues to the vendors technical support / L3 Liaise, end to end co-ordinate and follow-up till closure of issue.
• Keep client teams informed on system status, issue status, test & evaluation plans related to Zscaler solution as and when required.
• Follow clients change management process to accept, review and implement changes to Zscaler solution system.
• Basic knowledge about network & AD level.

(B) JD for Network Engineer - L1:

Experience: 2-3 years

Qualification: Graduation, CCNA/CCNP

Location: MUMBAI

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Manage and troubleshoot

  switches, firewalls, and network devices

  .
• Utilize monitoring & ticketing tools for incident response.
• Support day-to-day network operations and escalations.
• 2-3 years of experience in network operations.
• Hands-on experience with switches, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

(C) JD for Network Engineer - L2:

Experience: 4-7 years

Qualification: Graduation, CCNA/CCNP

Location: MUMBAI

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Configure and troubleshoot

  load balancers, WAF, switches, and routers

  .
• Work with

  API integrations

  for network automation.
• Prepare technical documentation and deliver presentations.
• 4-7 years of experience in network infrastructure & security.
• Hands-on experience with load balancers, WAF, and networking protocols.
• Strong documentation & presentation skills.
