Job Description

Role & responsibilities 5-10 years of hands-on experience in ForgeRock/Ping IAM products like AM, IDM, IG and DS Strong experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable identity and access management (IAM) solutions using PingOne Advance Identity Cloud or ForgeRock Identity Cloud platform Should have experience in integrating PingOne Advanced Identity cloud with existing Applications and infrastructure in place. Strong experience in the Ping Identity Platform and products with deep knowledge of PingOne AIC (ForgeRock Identity Cloud) and Ping Gateway (ForgeRock IG) Minimum 5+ years of experience in Design, development, and implementation of ForgeRock/PING Identity and Access Management solutions using both on Prem and ForgeRock's Identity Cloud Suite Should have done multiple implementation, Integration/Migration projects in any of the AM products(Okta, PingFederate, Entra ID, ForgeRock, ISAM, NETIQ, SiteMinder, OAM, etc ) Should have experience in managing the Operation team, being an L3 escalation contact, or working as L4 support on the Vendor side Strong experience with ForgeRock/PING Identity Platform components, including Identity Gateway, Identity Management, and Access Management. In-depth knowledge of ForgeRock/PING Identity Platform (Identity Manager & Access Manager), Java, JavaScript, Groovy Scripts, REST APIs, and LDAP (Directory Services) Should have experience in implementing and supporting ForgeRock AM/DJ/IDM/IG in a highly-available environment Should have experience in Integrating ForgeRock/PING Identity Platform with backend systems (such as Oracle, AD, and other LDAP directories) Should have experience in Integrating ForgeRock/PING Identity Platform with cloud-based systems (Google Apps, Salesforce, O365) Experience in designing, solutioning, and architecting AM solutions plus effective product vendor communication Experience in converting business requirements into technical specifications, excellent designing Review the IT artifacts and guide the team in accordance with the industry's best standards. Help build the knowledge base in the communities in which you choose to participate including lessons learned, best practices, tools, and methods, and learning events using SharePoint as the enabling technology Must have experience managing an operations team, serving as an L3 escalation contact, or providing L4 support on the vendor side. Led AM operations and Engineering team and initiatives from the Analysis phase to the actual implementation phase during different release cycles Very good Knowledge and strong understanding of Modern authentication protocols (OAuth2.0, OpenID, SAML, Kerberos) Very good knowledge of software engineering methods and agile software development (Scrum). DevOps knowledge and experience, incl. CI/CD and configuration management Knowledge of Web development with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, and CSS Frameworks.
