Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Hands-on experience with
firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, proxies
Strong knowledge of
TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching
Expertise in
network security protocols, access control, and encryption
Experience with
SIEM, vulnerability scanning, and threat analysis
Knowledge of
security standards and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
Familiarity with
cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
is a plus

Configure, monitor, and maintain
firewalls, VPNs, and security appliances
Perform
network security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests
Implement
access control policies and threat mitigation strategies
Collaborate with IT and security teams for
incident response and remediation
Maintain
security documentation, reports, and compliance audits
Evaluate and recommend
security tools, updates, and best practices

Certifications such as
CEH, CISSP, CCNP Security, CompTIA Security+
Experience with
SIEM tools like Splunk, QRadar, or LogRhythm
Knowledge of
network automation and scripting (Python, Shell)
