Join us in shaping the future of enterprise networking. As a Network Specialist, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that designs, implements, and supports robust communication networks for our clients. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies including Cisco, FortiGate, Checkpoint, and F5 Load Balancers, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across complex infrastructures.

Your Role

As a Network Specialist, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco, FortiGate, Checkpoint, and F5 technologies.
• Provide senior-level support for network services including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and ISE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier 3 issues escalated from support teams.
• Lead capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including network diagrams and policies.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide on-call support during escalations and emergencies, including weekends and holidays when required.

Your Profile

• 8–10 years of experience in business network and communication platforms.
• Cisco certification is mandatory (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or equivalent).
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and enterprise devices.
• Familiarity with MPLS, VRF, VPN, and security technologies.
• Experience with FortiGate, Juniper firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and Cisco Nexus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in customer-facing or service-provider environments is a plus.
