Job Description

Job Description • Monitor Network infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues • Timely update, escalation and resolution of network tickets • Perform daily Health Check for Network, ensuring Network Uptime and service availability as per SLA • Implementation of standard network changes • Configuring and troubleshooting of switches and routers. • Commission and Decommission Network equipment • Experience in WAN / Internet link troubleshooting with ISPs • Collaborate with Lead and Specialists for implementation of Migration/Upgradation Activities. • Document the SOP, network diagrams. Mandatory Leaf Skills (For Hiring) • Routing & Switching (TCP/IP, Routing protocols, IP addressing, DDI protocols) • Conceptual knowledge on 3-tier network architecture Mandatory Certification (For Hiring) • CCNA / Equivalent certification is mandatory (within 3 months of Joining) Interested candidate can share their resume on Amar.Walvekar@ltimindtree.com
