Role Overview: You are a talented Channel Sales Network Head responsible for expanding and leading the dealer/distributor network of Envirotech Systems Ltd. across various regions. Your background in Architectural Acoustics, Interior Design, or Building Materials, along with a successful sales/channel development history, will be instrumental in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, recruit, and oversee channel partners in designated markets. - Drive sales through channel partners and provide them with necessary technical and product knowledge. - Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, acoustic consultants, and contractors. - Conduct product trainings, demonstrations, and presentations for partners and their clients. - Monitor partner performance to ensure sales targets are met. - Devise region-specific channel strategies for enhanced market penetration. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in channel sales within the acoustic products, interior solutions, or building materials industry. - Profound understanding of B2B project sales, dealer management, and influencer-driven selling. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements. - Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil, or a related field would be advantageous.,
