Network & Hardware Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN and internet connectivity issues.
• Manage and monitor IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and other hardware.
• Ensure timely maintenance, repair, and upgrades of IT equipment.
• Maintain proper inventory records of all IT assets.
• Implement data security measures and backup processes.
• Act as the single point of contact for all IT infrastructure-related support across the company.
• Coordinate with external vendors/ISPs for internet and hardware-related issues.
• Provide technical assistance to staff and ensure minimal downtime.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
