🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network switches, routers, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Implement network security best practices and access control policies.
Perform root-cause analysis for network incidents and resolve issues promptly.
Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, VLANs, STP, trunking, and related switching technologies.
Work on network upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, and optimization.
Maintain documentation on network setups, configurations, and SOPs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for infrastructure projects and support.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of hands-on experience
in enterprise networking.
Strong knowledge of
Switching (mandatory)
, Routing, VLANs, STP, VTP, WAN technologies.
Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
Good understanding of network security principles.
Ability to diagnose complex network issues efficiently.

🔹 Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred):

CCNA / CCNP
or equivalent networking certifications.
