Job Description

Role & responsibilities

On-site installation:
Install and implement network hardware (routers, switches, servers) and software at client sites or project locations.
Maintenance and upgrades:
Conduct routine maintenance, perform hardware/software upgrades, and apply patches to ensure network health.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, outages, and technical challenges that arise in the field.
Support:
Provide on-site technical support, assist remote engineers, and ensure smooth project execution.
Security:
Implement and enforce network security measures, such as firewall configurations and access controls, on-site.
Customer relations:
Interact with clients, project managers, and other technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical skills:
Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11) and hands-on experience with network hardware and diagnostic tools.
Problem-solving:
Strong ability to analyze and resolve technical issues in real-time, often in a dynamic environment.
Soft skills:
Excellent communication skills to work with clients and internal teams, and the ability to work independently in various field locations.
Education:
Any 10th & 12th can Apply
