Network Engineering Specialist

As a Routing and Switching - Network Engineering Specialist at NTT DATA, you will have the following responsibilities: - Great experience required on Cisco Routing & Switching & Wireless / Firewalls - Supported vendors include Dell / Arista - Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, LAN, and WAN, covering L2 (Wireless IEEE 802.11 a, Ethernet, IEEE 802.1x std. STP, MSTP, RSTP, Dynamic VLAN, HSRP/VRRP) / L3 (Routing protocols such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), NEXUS, SD-WAN - Ensure all configurations comply with network standards, review log files, handle SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, NMS - Participate in setup, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of enterprise-level, critical network infrastructure components - Strong knowledge of Viptela SDWAN (Hands-on) and Wireless desired - Collaborate with project managers, cross-functional tech and business teams for project success - Document escalated support tickets and service requests through resolution via ServiceNow - Possess adaptive, communication, presentation, and leadership skills - Full understanding of WAN/LAN internetworking, protocol interoperability, network architecture development, and testing/proof of concept requirements - Knowledge of Wireless, Nexus, SD-WAN, Firewall - Working knowledge of Networking products from Cisco, Dell & Extreme Networks - Skills and knowledge in ITIL & Change Management processes - Ability to work well within a team, adapt to change, and be flexible to travel requirements - Rotating on-call duties, support queue management, network system analysis, and reporting - Willingness to work in a 24X7 environment Basic Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience managing LAN & WAN Infrastructures / Dell / Arista - 5+ years experience in Routing & Switching, Riverbed & Wireless - Vendor experience with SDWAN, Cisco, Riverbed Highly Preferred Skills: - Preferred knowledge of SDWAN Viptela, (Hands-on) and Wireless Please note that the Job Description does not include any additional details about the company, NTT DATA.,
