Network Engineering Specialist Advisor

Role Overview: As a Network Engineering Specialist Advisor at NTT DATA in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, your role will involve managing LAN & WAN infrastructures with a focus on Cisco Routing & Switching, Wireless, and Velo Cloud SDWAN. You will be responsible for ensuring network configurations comply with standards, troubleshooting network infrastructure components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery. Your strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing great experience in Cisco Routing & Switching & Wireless - Supporting vendors such as Velo Cloud SDWAN - Expertise in routing, switching, wireless, LAN, and WAN technologies - Participating in setup, deployment, maintenance, and documentation of enterprise-level network infrastructure - Strong knowledge of Viptela SDWAN and Wireless - Collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams for project success - Owning and documenting escalated support tickets and service requests - Demonstrating adaptive communication, presentation, and leadership skills - Understanding WAN/LAN internetworking, network architecture development, and testing requirements - Working knowledge of Cisco Networking products - Adhering to ITIL & Change Management processes - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Providing strong customer service and support - Working well within a team, adapting to change, and working unsupervised towards goals - Rotating on-call duties, support queue management, and network system analysis - Willingness to work in a 24X7 environment Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in managing LAN & WAN Infrastructures - 8+ years of experience in Routing & Switching, Riverbed & Wireless - Vendor experience with Velo cloud SDWAN, Wireless, Cisco For more information about NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
