Network Engineering Specialist Advisor

As a Network Engineering Specialist Advisor at NTT DATA in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining networked systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Configuring and troubleshooting network issues - Coordinating with vendors for installations of network hardware like Arista, Fortinet, Cisco, and Aruba routers & switches, wireless controllers, and circuits - Conducting technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems focusing on Fortinet SDWAN, LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, routers, and switches - Serving as a technical liaison with vendors and customers to ensure smooth resolution of network-related concerns - Utilizing advanced knowledge of WAN/LAN and internet protocols for troubleshooting existing network issues, implementing new solutions, and managing migration projects - Providing on-call support for high-severity issues and facilitating change requests outside of business hours as required Key Skills: - Expertise in Cisco R&S, Fortinet SDWAN, and Routing & Switching protocols such as OSPF, BGP, eigrp, RSVP, MPLS, and NAC - Experience with network monitoring tools like ServiceNow, SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, and NetBox Requirements: - Strong proficiency in network performance monitoring and troubleshooting techniques - Fair understanding of service provider routing and switching technologies like LDP, RSVP, MPLS, MP-BGP - Solid knowledge of network-related hardware and software - Foundational experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) including 5500 and 9800 WLC models - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Routing & Switching - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience - Willingness to work night shifts as required Work Timings: - 24X7 rotational shift NTT DATA is a $30 billion global innovator of business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
