Hybrid role. 3 days on-site per week (2432 hrs/week).

Responsibilities include:

* Acting as Tier-3 for network escalations, mainly Cisco wireless (controllers, APs, authentication, RF)

* Handling complex WLAN/LAN/WAN troubleshooting (packet flow, RF issues, performance, roaming, authentication)

* Implementing and optimizing Cisco wireless setups (9800/Catalyst, DNA Center/Prime, ISE/802.1X)

* Supporting SD-WAN and firewall operations when needed
