Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Test Automation Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This is an executive-level full-time hybrid position. The ideal candidate will bring a rich experience spanning 9 to 17 years in software testing and automation. Your expertise will guide the automation testing processes, ensuring the highest quality outcomes. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Java programming language to create robust and scalable test automation scripts. Expertise in Selenium to automate web applications and perform dynamic testing of UI components. In-depth knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices for efficient software delivery. Experience with TestNG for managing testing scenarios and generating comprehensive test reports. Familiarity with Cucumber to implement behavior-driven development for precise communication between teams. Solid understanding of API Testing to validate the functionality, reliability, and security of web services. Maven (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing project dependencies and lifecycle using Maven. Jenkins (Mandatory skill): Competence in utilizing Jenkins for automating build and test processes as a part of CI/CD. Roles and Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks that are scalable and maintainable for complex applications. Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate testing frameworks into the CI/CD pipelines. Analyze testing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement to ensure quality deliverables. Train and mentor junior testing staff to enhance their skills in test automation methodologies and tools. Manage automation test executions, troubleshoot failures, and constantly identify opportunities to optimize the process. Ensure that software functionality and security meet the desired standards before the product releases. Create, review, and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automated testing processes and results. Keep abreast with new testing tools and strategies to continuously improve testing quality and efficiency.

Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) for developing and maintaining automation scripts. Expertise in Selenium (Mandatory skill) for automated functional testing of web applications. Proficient in API Testing (Mandatory skill) to validate the functionality, reliability, and performance of software applications. Experience in Database Testing to ensure data integrity and validate backend processes. Ability to conduct comprehensive and structured Regression Testing to maintain software quality. Experience with Cypress or playwright for modern testing approaches and automation frameworks. Familiarity with Docker for containerization, enhancing testing and deployment efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Java, Selenium, and other tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and enhance test coverage. Perform API Testing to validate backend processes, data exchanges, and ensure system integration.
