Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Willing to work in 24*7*365 rotational shift. Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues Install & configure various network devices and services (e.g., Wifi routers, switches, firewalls, VPN). He should be able to Perform system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes on devices like Juniper/cisco Nexus/FortiGate firewall. Performance monitoring & bandwidth utilization of all devices present in current infra. Must have: Hands-on experience in Switching & Routing. Hands-on experience with Firewalls (experience on FortiGate firewall will be considered as an advantage). Nice to have: CCNA & CCNP certification would be considered as an advantage. Strong understanding of the ticket process & change mgmt. Experience in coordinating with vendors and ISP for problem resolution. Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g. IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF) Show more Show less
