Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Integration and migration of OLT (Optical Line Terminal), ONT (Optical Network Terminal), and other fiber access network elements.
Configure and test fiber network management systems (NMS, EMS, OSS/BSS).
Implements, and maintains fixed access network, focusing on technologies like DSLAM, MSAN, OLT, and FTTX, ensuring reliable and high-quality broadband and Ethernet access for customers.
Diagnose and resolve fiber network issues, signal degradation, and connectivity problems.
Implement VLANs, QoS, and security policies on fiber network equipment.
Provide an Operationally Excellent service to both internal and external customers
To work in a culture and way of working characterized by proactive attitude, teamwork focus, strong performance ethics, high professionalism and high energy.
Perform regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of transmission systems.
Ensure minimal downtime by proactively addressing network issues.
Identify and resolve transmission failures and disruptions.
Coordinate with field engineers and vendors for timely issue resolution.
