Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor, analyze, and optimize 4G LTE and 5G NR networks to improve coverage, capacity, and quality of service.
Conduct drive tests, data analysis, and performance tuning using various tools and software.
Identify network bottlenecks and performance issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
Collaborate with RF planning, RAN, and Core Network teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansions.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of network performance metrics and optimization results.
Perform root cause analysis for network faults and service degradations, and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
Implement SON (Self Organizing Network) features and other automation techniques to enhance network efficiency.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in 4G/5G technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
