Job Description

Job Summary:

L3 Network Engineer with expertise in Juniper


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the

    implementation of network infrastructure projects

    involving Juniper devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Configure and deploy

    Juniper SRX, MX, EX series

    devices across customer or enterprise networks.
  • Work closely with solution architects and project managers to translate network designs into operational implementations.
  • Perform

    device staging, configuration, testing, and go-live support

    for network deployments.
  • Ensure adherence to

    network architecture and security standards

    .
  • Provide

    L3-level support

    during and post-implementation phases, including root cause analysis and resolution of complex issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, systems, and operations teams.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7 years

    of experience in network engineering, with at least 3 years in an L3 implementation role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with

    Juniper networks

    , including

    SRX, MX, and EX platforms

    .
  • Juniper certifications such as

    JNCIP, JNCIE

    highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of

    network security best practices

    and

    firewall policies

    .
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness to work in

    customer environments

    , including on-site implementations if required.
