Job Description

Experience in handling day-to-day support cases to support on Fortinet / Checkpoint / Cisco / Aruba Firewall and Switches. ->Candidate should have good shell scripting and troubleshooting skills. ->Good understanding of Azure Cloud services are required ->CCNA/CCSA/CCNP certification would be preferred Job Responsibilities: Network support - cloud and on-premise 1.Leads the day-to-day operational support on network infrastructures (On-premise and Azure Cloud). 2.Implement and participate in system integration and performance tuning activities 3.Design and perform security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the companys disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. 4.Maintain the hybrid cloud infrastructure and provides support on architecture standards governance and processes 5.Oversee and provide global IT support including network/IT equipment, account management, log analysis, troubleshooting and service optimization 6.Maintain an accurate and up-to-date software, hardware and account inventory 8.Handle ad-hoc project implementation or technical support is required 9.Self-driven, eager to learn new things and create work plan to meet performance objectives. 10.Possess ownership of ongoing support cases and planned tasks. 11.Handle and resolve day to day support cases and update the status timely. 12.Work on rotational shifts. 13.Willing to travel onsite (Hong Kong) for short term/long term assignments. 14.Research & studies on new technologies and prepare knowledge transfer materials to team members. +++ Mandatory Skills 1.Degree in computer, information technology and/ or related disciplines 2.At least 3 years of experience in network 3.Work experience on cloud environment (network perspective) - Azure / AWS (AWS is optional) 4.Work experience to handle and implement network scenarios using different routing protocols (OSPF,BGP,Static routes) and devices such as Router/Switches/Load balancers/Firewall/Storage 5.Experience in Knowledge of network technologies including TCP/IP, VLAN network security are essential 6.Good understanding on IPv4 and subnetting 7.Knowledge to implementation and handle network monitoring tool (Zabix etc.) 8.Experience in Knowledge of Wi-Fi Support 9.Experience in network product including Fortinet / Checkpoint / Cisco / Aruba Firewall and Switch 10.Positive attitude, mature, independent and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail 11.Able to prepare network infrastructure diagram (HLD/LLD) with the help of different tools - MS Visio etc. 12.Good to have networking certificates - such as Cisco CCNA . Cisco CCNP ,Azure Cloud and Firewall security certification added advantage 13.Good communication and strong problem-solving skills 14.Good command in written and spoken English.
