*Role Overview:*

We are seeking a skilled and proactive *Network Engineer* to manage and secure our IT infrastructure, including network devices, firewalls, cloud platforms, and endpoint systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise across *Windows, Linux, Azure, and AWS environments, with the ability to leverage **AI-driven tools* to combat advanced security threats. This is an *on-site* role at our Bangalore office.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Configure, monitor, and maintain office LAN/WAN networks.

* Manage and administer *SonicWall firewall* for security and performance.

* Oversee *Windows Azure* and *AWS* environments, including resource provisioning and security hardening.

* Administer *Active Directory (AD)* for user accounts, group policies, and access control.

* Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot *VPN* connections for remote access.

* Manage and troubleshoot both *Windows* and *Linux* desktop/server environments.

* Implement *AI-powered security solutions* to detect and mitigate advanced cyber threats.

* Conduct regular *vulnerability assessments and penetration tests* to identify and remediate risks.

* Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents in real time.

* Ensure system and network documentation is up-to-date.

* Coordinate with vendors and service providers for upgrades, patches, and incident resolution.

*Requirements:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

* 3+ years of proven experience as a Network Engineer or System Administrator.

* Strong knowledge of *SonicWall firewall* configuration and management.

* Hands-on experience with *Azure, **AWS, and **Active Directory* administration.

* Proficiency with *Linux OS* (server and desktop) and shell scripting.

* Familiarity with *AI-based security tools* (SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence platforms).

* Skilled in conducting *vulnerability scanning* and remediation (Nessus, OpenVAS, or similar).

* Understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, and security best practices.

* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

*Preferred Certifications:*

* Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

* AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate

* SonicWall Network Security Administrator (SNSA)

* CompTIA Security+ / Network+ / Linux+

* CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) or similar security certification
