Job Description

As a Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues in a 24*7*365 rotational shift environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing & configuring various network devices and services such as Wifi routers, switches, firewalls, VPN. - Performing system upgrades including service packs, patches, and hotfixes on devices like Juniper/cisco Nexus/FortiGate firewall. - Monitoring performance & bandwidth utilization of all devices present in the current infrastructure. Qualifications required for this role: - Hands-on experience in Switching & Routing. - Hands-on experience with Firewalls (experience on FortiGate firewall will be considered as an advantage).,
