Educational / Technical Qualification

• A bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least five years of experience in managing IT Telecommunication
• Should have the qualification of a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
• To daily and directly communicate with the users as well as the Group the holder of the position should have reasonably good communication skill set.
• The job holder must have a sense of responsibility under strict SLA within predefined process.
• Should have good analytical skills and ability to propose appropriate solution in a fast pace changing

environment.

BROAD DUTIES & RESPONSBILTIES –

Telecom

• Monitors and coordinate with the ISP to have a minimal downtime connectivity regarding Internet, MPLS, SIM and Data card services.
• Coordinates with the Group with regards to the BWAN TotalEnergies MPLS cloud connectivity for 3 offices: - Andheri, Mahape & Bangalore
• Analyze on the EPBX products to provide the appropriate solutions to all the offices. Monitors to see that all the network equipment is running with minimal downtime
• Maintain a log of all the issues regularly to be taken up with ISP and to be reported as a monthly reporting.
  

Networking

• Configure and implement switch configurations.
• Maintain the scripts of all the configurations in an appropriate manner which are backed up.
  

Other responsibilities

• Implement technical documentation, processes, and procedures for telecommunication.
• Closely coordinate with the group to implement group policy changes / methodology / processes.
• Develop and update site documentation relating to telecommunication to be readily available.
• Responsible to provide a monthly report on all the activities carried out on the area of Telecommunication and Telecom equipment’s.
• To emphasize to the management whenever there is a serious issue with the network / services.
