Job Description

Role :

Network EngineerUS Shift . 100% Remote6+ Years of Experience is required.

What Youll Do

  • Lead technical deployment, platform across CCTV/cloud environments in USA, LATAM, and Europe.
  • Integrate and configure video streams (RTSP/ONVIF), network components, and cloud services.
  • Troubleshoot complex networking, hardware, and cloud issues to ensure high system uptime.
  • Prepare architecture diagrams, deployment plans, runbooks, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct remote and onsite training for operators, system integrators, and government teams.
  • Handle escalations, coordinate with engineering, and ensure issues are resolved quickly.
  • Support ethical AI and privacy compliance requirements for regulated environments.
  • Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking customers and teams across regions.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong technical background in networks, CCTV systems, and cloud environments.
  • Experience deploying or supporting large-scale video, security, or AI systems.
  • Familiarity with firewalls, NAT, VLANs, QoS, bandwidth planning, and video streaming.
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation and training materials.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual Spanish + English preferred.
  • Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent knowledge are a strong plus.
  • Willingness to work with global customers, occasionally travel, and support cross-time zones
