Job Description

As a motivated and technically strong Network Design & Assessment Engineer, you will be joining our growing OT Cybersecurity and Industrial Network Engineering team. You will have the opportunity to work on industrial network design, cybersecurity assessments, and modernization projects for leading manufacturing enterprises, with continuous learning and career growth in the OT domain. Key Responsibilities: - Perform site-level OT network discovery and documentation including switches, routers, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. - Analyze existing OT network architectures to identify security gaps, segmentation issues, and redundancy problems. - Assist in creating As-Is and To-Be network topology diagrams. - Support VLAN design, IP subnetting, and firewall policy analysis for secure IT-OT segregation. - Coordinate with plant IT/OT engineers to validate device inventory and data flow paths. - Document findings in Gap Assessment Reports following ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards. - Maintain accurate asset inventory sheets and risk scoring matrices. Required Technical Skills: - Strong understanding of networking fundamentals such as VLANs, routing, IP addressing, ACLs, NAT, and firewalls. - Exposure to industrial automation protocols like Modbus, Profinet, OPC-UA, or EtherNet/IP. - Hands-on experience with network devices, preferably Cisco, HP, or Fortinet. - Familiarity with OT architecture (Purdue Model) and ICS environments. - Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NIST 800-82. Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience with OT visibility and monitoring tools like Claroty, Tenable.ot, Nozomi, or Dragos. - Awareness of FMCG/manufacturing plant operations, especially in food, packaging, or tobacco industries. - Experience with remote access solutions and jump server configurations. - Familiarity with change management and incident response processes in OT environments. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
