Role Overview: We are seeking motivated and technically strong Network Design & Assessment Engineers to join our growing OT Cybersecurity and Industrial Network Engineering team . This role offers long-term exposure to industrial network design , cybersecurity assessments , and modernization projects across leading manufacturing enterprises, with opportunities for continuous learning and career growth in the OT domain. Key Responsibilities: Perform site-level OT network discovery and documentation (switches, routers, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems). Analyze existing OT network architectures for security gaps, segmentation, and redundancy issues. Assist in creating “As-Is” and “To-Be” network topology diagrams. Support VLAN design, IP subnetting, and firewall policy analysis for secure IT-OT segregation. Coordinate with plant IT/OT engineers to validate device inventory and data flow paths. Document findings in Gap Assessment Reports aligned with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF standards. Maintain accurate asset inventory sheets and risk scoring matrices. Required Technical Skills: Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: VLANs, routing, IP addressing, ACLs, NAT, and firewalls. Exposure to industrial automation protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, OPC-UA, or EtherNet/IP . Hands-on experience with network devices ( Cisco / HP / Fortinet preferred ). Familiarity with OT architecture (Purdue Model) and ICS environments. Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks ( IEC 62443, NIST 800-82 ). Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with OT visibility and monitoring tools (Claroty, Tenable.ot, Nozomi, Dragos). Awareness of FMCG / manufacturing plant operations (especially food, packaging, or tobacco). Experience with remote access solutions and jump server configurations. Familiarity with change management and incident response processes in OT environments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT , or related fields. Preferred Certifications: Cisco CCNA / Fortinet NSE 1–2 ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals CompTIA Network+ or Security+
