Must-Have
1. Must have knowledge on Cisco ACI, Nexus 9K,7K & 5K and Cisco 6500, 4500
2. Must have knowledge on Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF and EIGRP)
3. Must have knowledge on HSRP, VRRP, GLBP , STP, RSTP, Port Security and Stacking
4. Good Communication skill and Open to work in 24*7 environment
Good-to-Have
5. Basic Idea about Firewall (Cisco ASA & CheckPoint) and F5 Load balancer
6. CCNA and CCNP certified
7. knowledge of network monitoring tools like Sevone and Netbrain etc.
8. Basic knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud
9.Service-now exposure.
10.Knowledge of ITIL Processes

1 Able to work and resolve on trouble tickets, handle tickets escalation
2 Able to work with OEM to resolve escalated circuit problems to resolution
3 Able to work on Service-Now (Incidents/Change Requests/Work Orders)
