Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Network Administrator L2 with strong expertise in Cisco technologies and enterprise networking. The ideal candidate will manage, support, and enhance our global network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance across systems. This role involves troubleshooting escalations, maintaining VPNs, routers, switches, and wireless networks, and implementing network improvements aligned with industry best practices.

You’ll collaborate closely with network administrators, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely resolution of issues in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Flexibility for shift work, on-call support, and occasional weekend or emergency maintenance is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate specialization in different Network technologies and equipment, providing support and recommendations to the team of Network Administrators that would provide resolution of their issues.
• Accept network support and technical escalation, ensure that issues are addressed in an appropriate fashion with timely follow-up.
• Participate in the management of network client relationships, analyzing technical needs, state and requirements of the company’s network infrastructure.
• Maintain the Enterprise IT networking services (VPN, IPS, NAC, routers, switches, wireless infrastructure), including designing, implementing, and supporting network-related incidents and projects as required.
• Analyze existing network documentation, recommend any improvements and changes to meet industry standards.
• Responsible for providing expert familiarity with network, voice, routing, switching, security, and VPN technologies of our customers, which mainly involves the following devices:
• Provide off-hours and weekend support if an emergency arises.
• Perform other related jobs that will be assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 to 6 years of experience in business network and communication platforms.
• Certification in Cisco or any network technology is a plus (CCNA R&S, ECMS1, ECMS2, CMSSC, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Cisco equipment with hands-on experience from previous work is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with service-provider/customer-facing environment is an advantage.
• Can work on different shifts and occasional emergency calls.
• Capability to provide on-call support during escalations and emergencies. Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Capability to render overtime during events that require backup restoration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
