NetSuite Senior Manager-Technical

You are an experienced NetSuite Senior Manager-Technical who will be responsible for leading NetSuite ERP implementations, optimizations, and strategic initiatives within the organization. Your role involves managing NetSuite projects, aligning system capabilities with business objectives, and overseeing cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate for this position should have a deep understanding of NetSuite ERP, project management, business process transformation, and effective stakeholder collaboration. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing a strategic roadmap for NetSuite ERP to enhance business operations, leading multiple NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects, optimizing business processes through NetSuite automation, customization, and integration, and engaging with stakeholders across various departments to drive digital transformation. Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining data security, and implementing risk mitigation strategies within the NetSuite environment. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred) and possess at least 9 years of experience in ERP implementations, with a focus on NetSuite for at least 5 years. You should have strong expertise in NetSuite modules such as Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, and CRM, along with proven experience in managing large-scale NetSuite projects, integrations, and system optimizations. NetSuite certifications and proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk (APIs) would be advantageous. Preferred skills for this position include experience in multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and global NetSuite implementations, as well as a strong financial background with knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
