Netsuite Project Manager & Subject Matter Expert

Role Overview: You will be the NetSuite Project Manager & Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Bonbloc Technologies, responsible for leading, planning, and executing NetSuite ERP projects to ensure successful implementation and optimization. Your role will involve combining project management expertise with deep functional and technical knowledge of NetSuite, providing authoritative guidance on best practices and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Project Planning & Execution: - Lead end-to-end delivery of NetSuite ERP projects. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources. - Track progress and adapt plans to meet evolving business needs. - Subject Matter Expertise (SME): - Act as the internal NetSuite expert for configurations, integrations, and best practices. - Recommend system enhancements and customizations aligned with business goals. - Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers for users and internal teams. - Stakeholder Communication: - Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, project teams, and vendors. - Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. - Lead regular status meetings and provide progress reports. - Team Coordination: - Lead cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Operations. - Supervise consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables. - Mentor junior staff in NetSuite processes and configurations. - Risk & Issue Management: - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. - Escalate critical issues and ensure timely resolution. - Budget & Resource Management: - Monitor project budgets to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery. - Optimize resource planning and track utilization effectively. - Quality Assurance & Documentation: - Enforce quality standards across all project phases. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and training materials. - Lead post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in information technology or business administration, or a related field. - PMP or relevant project management certification preferred. - NetSuite certifications like Suite-Foundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant are highly desirable.,
