NetSuite Functional Consultant

As a Senior Functional Consultant for Oracle NetSuite, your role will involve collaborating closely with customers, implementation teams, and partners to deliver customized NetSuite solutions that effectively address complex business requirements. Your expertise in NetSuite functional consulting, strong communication skills, and ability to design scalable ERP solutions will be crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document customer business requirements for NetSuite implementations. - Configure NetSuite applications to align with specific client business processes and functional needs. - Architect solutions for complex business requirements, including advanced configurations and integrations. - Define detailed functional specifications for automations, integrations, and customizations within NetSuite. - Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and validate integrations and automated workflows. - Conduct quality reviews of deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and best practices. - Partner with Project Managers and team members to ensure timely and budget-aligned project delivery. - Support the sales cycle by reviewing solutions, providing scoping inputs, and assisting with estimations. - Lead or contribute to Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives for continuous improvement. - Aim to achieve or exceed billable utilization targets. - Stay updated with NetSuite product updates and pursue relevant certifications to enhance your expertise. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: - Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules such as Finance, Order Management, Procurement, and Inventory. - Proven experience in functional consulting and ERP implementation projects. - Strong ability to translate business problems into practical NetSuite solutions. - Experience in defining and managing requirements for complex customizations and integrations. - Skilled in scope management, client expectation handling, and stakeholder communication. - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. - Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills. - Sound understanding of ERP best practices and ability to guide clients accordingly. - Capable of effectively managing multiple concurrent projects. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related field. - CA or ICWA certification is preferred. - Masters degree or postgraduate coursework is highly desirable. - NetSuite product certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) are a strong plus. Good To Have / Desirable: - Prior experience in Oracle Industry Solutions or ERP transformation projects. - Exposure to SuiteCloud platform, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteFlow for light configuration understanding. - Participation in pre-sales, estimation, or solution review activities. - Familiarity with Agile or iterative implementation methodologies.,
