Job Title: NetSuite Functional Consultant Company : Apicem Partners Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Work Mode: Work from Office Only Experience: 3+ Years About the Role We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant to join our team and support the day-to-day management, optimization, and enhancement of our NetSuite ERP environment . Our company operates in the medical scrubs industry , serving customers through e-commerce platforms as well as B2B sales channels . The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of NetSuite, experience in managing integrations with e-commerce systems, and a proven track record of supporting finance, operations, inventory, and order management functions. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary NetSuite administrator and functional consultant for the organization. Maintain, configure, and optimize NetSuite ERP modules (Order Management, Inventory, Finance, CRM, Procurement, etc.). Support e-commerce (Shopify/Magento/other) and B2B integrations with NetSuite. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, operations, supply chain) to gather requirements and provide NetSuite solutions. Develop saved searches, dashboards, workflows, reports, and KPIs for business users. Troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and ensure system stability. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within NetSuite. Work closely with third-party vendors/partners for integration and customization requirements. Train internal users and provide ongoing support. Identify opportunities to improve business processes and recommend NetSuite enhancements. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or NetSuite Administrator . Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Order Management, CRM). Experience with e-commerce and B2B channel integrations into NetSuite. Knowledge of medical scrubs, apparel, or retail/e-commerce industry processes preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to document processes, configurations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
