NetSuite Functional Consultant

As a NetSuite Functional Consultant (Financials) at Netradyne, you will play a crucial role in the Business Systems Group to support the fast-paced growth of the company. Your expertise in financial modules will be essential in owning project deliverables of NetSuite projects, including Advanced Revenue Management. Your hands-on approach is required to drive optimal implementation, manage stakeholders, and facilitate consensus for smooth project delivery. **Role And Responsibilities:** - Engage with key end-users and business owners to align applications with standard business processes, conducting gap analysis as needed - Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and document them comprehensively - Implement the designed system in NetSuite and provide support to the project team, ensuring adherence to best industry practices - Review solutions for feasibility and functional fitment with NetSuite, aligning customer expectations with system capabilities for smooth project delivery - Prepare test cases for implemented modules, validate deliverables before business user testing, and facilitate issue resolution with business users and support - Recommend process improvements based on application capability and industry best practices - Provide functional inputs to the technical team and assist in formal documentation of implementation - Contribute to the training and development of the key NetSuite team members **Essential Skills:** - A minimum of 4 years of experience in NetSuite, with end-to-end involvement in over 4 implementations - Strong knowledge of two or more NetSuite financial modules (such as FAM, ARM, GL, AP, AR etc.) - Profound understanding of functional processes is essential - Proven track record in translating customer business requirements into viable solutions, preferably within a SaaS environment - Extensive hands-on experience in configuring the functional spec in Netsuite - Experience in Agile methodologies and adherence to SDLC practices - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment **GOOD TO HAVE:** - NetSuite certifications - Familiarity with other systems, such as Salesforce If your experiences and skills align with the Company's needs, you will be contacted directly for further consideration.
