Financial Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial data into
the NetSuite system. This includes managing accounts receivable, accountspayable, general ledger, and payroll data.Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial reports within NetSuite toprovide insights into the companys financial health. This includes profit and lossstatements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and ad hoc reports as needed.Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, usingNetSuite to model financial scenarios and predict future financial performance.Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financialprocesses within NetSuite, improving efficiency and reducing the risk of errors.Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations andstandards, maintaining internal controls within the NetSuite system to safeguardfinancial data.Integration and Customization: Work with IT and other departments to integrateNetSuite with other business systems and customize the platform to meet specificorganizational needs.

Netsuite only is primary ERP, skills will include

Technical Development:

Develop and deploy SuiteScript 1.0/2.0 for customization, automation, and
enhancements.Build and optimize SuiteFlow workflows for improved business process automation.Develop custom reports, saved searches, and dashboards for business insights.Troubleshoot and resolve scripting and performance issues.

NetSuite Integrations:

Design, develop, and implement integrations between NetSuite and other business
applications (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, Payment Gateways, Third-party APIs).Utilize SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST Web Services), Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or otherintegration tools.Ensure data synchronization and seamless communication between NetSuite andexternal systems.

Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or arelated field. A CPA or CMA certification may be preferred.Experience: 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field,with specific experience in using NetSuite or similar ERP systems.Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial modelingand forecasting, excellent communication and project management abilities, and in-depth knowledge of NetSuite’s features and functionalities.
