NetSuite Administrator

As a NetSuite Systems Specialist, your role involves developing and maintaining the NetSuite system configuration to ensure system security and data integrity. You will customize fields and workflows to optimize efficiency and automation for Financial Applications and Processes. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and automation within the NetSuite system - Partnering effectively with Managed Services Providers to resolve production issues - Designing, developing, testing, and deploying NetSuite modules and enhancements - Building customizations using extensions and scripts to meet specific business needs - Demonstrating a strong passion for Data Integrity, Data Modelling, and Data governance - Managing requests for new NetSuite features or functionality and assisting with their prioritization - Assisting end users in creating saved searches, custom reports, and dashboards to support operational needs and month-end & quarter-end close procedures To be successful in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - NetSuite Community Enthusiast and Contributor - Proficiency in JavaScript (highly desirable) - Project management experience is highly desired - 5-6 years of hands-on experience with ERP systems, including 3+ years of technical experience with NetSuite - A bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field - Familiarity with collaborative tools like Smartsheet, Slack, Jira, and/or Confluence - Certified Suite Cloud Developer (highly desirable) - NetSuite Certified, preferably at the Administrator or Consultant level - Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, NetSuite Customizations, and Saved Searches - Basic understanding of Accounting Principles, Sales, and Business Operations - Proficiency in using SQL & BI tools Your expertise and skills will play a crucial role in optimizing the NetSuite system to meet the operational needs of the organization effectively.,
