Role Overview We are looking for a seasoned .NET Lead with deep full-stack expertise to drive end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance applications. This role combines hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to shape architecture, mentor developers, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead full-stack development across the Microsoft technology stack using C#, .NET Core, ASP.Net MVC, Web API (REST/GraphQL) . Architect and integrate complex workflows involving Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central . Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases, primarily SQL Server and MongoDB . Develop intuitive, responsive front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript . Implement microservices and leverage technologies like Kafka and Radis Cache for scalability and performance. Drive cloud-native development on platforms like Azure or AWS , including compute and platform services. Ensure application security and scalability using OAuth2 , token-based authentication, and secure APIs. Oversee code quality through code reviews , enforce best practices, and promote clean architecture principles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver on-time, high-quality solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute to team technical growth. Required Skills 8+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong backend focus in .NET technologies (.NET Core and Framework) . Proficiency in Entity Framework , ASP.Net Web API , and ASP.Net MVC . Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and/or Business Central . Deep knowledge of SQL Server , MongoDB , and database performance optimization. Strong understanding of front-end development and responsive design . Experience with Radis Cache , Kafka , Docker , and Git . Familiarity with OAuth2 , secure API design, and unit testing using frameworks like XUnit . Experience working in cloud environments (Azure/AWS) with cloud services and deployments. Strong communication and leadership skills. Good to Have Exposure to CI/CD pipelines , DevOps culture, and infrastructure as code. Prior experience in leading mid-sized development teams. Passion for innovation, architecture patterns, and continuous improvement.
