Required Skills & Qualifications

35 years of hands-on experience supporting
.NET / C# applications
Strong understanding of
MS SQL Server
(joins, stored procedures, performance tuning basics)
Excellent
debugging and troubleshooting skills
Experience with
incident management, RCA, and production issue resolution
Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Good understanding of application logs, monitoring, and alerting
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts (5 days a week)

Good to Have

Exposure to cloud environments (Azure / AWS)
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Experience with monitoring tools (App Insights, Splunk, ELK, etc.)
Interest in
AI/ML-driven automation or intelligent support platforms
Some hands-on coding or bug-fixing experience in .NET projects
