Responsibilities (All Roles)

• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical features.
  
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and provide clear updates.
  
• Develop applications across front-end, middleware, and database layers.
  
• Follow coding standards and deliver high-performance, scalable code.
  
• Implement automated unit tests using NUnit/XUnit or similar frameworks.
  
• Design and implement RESTful APIs adhering to OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
  
• Conduct impact analysis and document the component design.
  
• Build reusable and extensible components using appropriate design patterns.

Essential Skills (Combined Overview)

• 5+ years in C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, JavaScript.

• Experience with Azure PaaS services (for Cloud Native roles).
  
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
  
• Good to have: Kubernetes, Cloud Deployments, Serverless, PCF, AWS.
