Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a development team on .NET/C# projects.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Azure Cloud native technologies and migration solutions.
• Implement and optimize queuing mechanisms, multithreading, and distributed computing solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and 3rd party integrations.
• Implement automated testing, TDD, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments using Kubernetes/Docker.
• Utilize AI code assistants like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk scoring models, fraud detection systems, and compliance automation tools.
• Ensure security and privacy standards for financial data are maintained.
• Work in Agile/Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software in fast-paced environments.

• Microservices & API: RESTful API design, OAuth2, distributed computing
• DevOps & Testing: CI/CD, automated/unit testing, TDD, Kubernetes, Docker
• Database: SQL Server, database design
• Tools: VS Code, Postman, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Web Services/Web API, Cosmos DB
• AI Tools: GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted coding tools
• Strong understanding of queuing mechanisms, multithreading, and multitasking

• Excellent communication skills
• Valid PF account
• No freelancing experience
• Proper documentation for all previous organizations
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fraud detection systems, compliance automation, and financial risk scoring models
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced development workflows
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
