.NET Engineer

As a .NET Engineer at NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karntaka (IN-KA), India, you will be responsible for leading the definition of the architecture for applications, designing fast, resilient, and scalable applications, and leading a team of 5-8 people. Your role will involve architecting modern, cloud-native, and microservice applications, with experience in building distributed services in Azure. You will also work on distributed service design using a contract-first approach, event-driven architecture, Domain-Driven Design, and Hexagonal architecture. Kubernetes experience is a plus. Key Responsibilities: - Design the architecture for applications, incorporating technical infrastructure strategy, configuration, and management. - Lead a team of 5-8 people and architect modern, cloud-native, and microservice applications. - Create component design, identify component interaction within the broader system environment, and communicate concepts to developers. - Work closely with Product Management and development teams to translate functional requirements into a working solution. - Enforce sound development practices, execute code reviews, and act as a technical adviser for application development and internal teams. - Mentor junior team members to design, build, and maintain application systems. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years in architecting .NET C# web-based applications - 5+ years leading .NET application architecture - 7+ years of experience with web service development and integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) - 5+ years of experience with reporting and analytics in a .NET environment - 7+ years of experience in designing and developing web applications and microservice-based architectures - 7+ years of experience in Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET framework components - 3+ years of experience in designing and developing presentation components and SPA using extJS or ReactJS - 5+ years of experience with data-driven applications using MS SQL Server - 5+ years of experience working within the Agile methodology Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering - Expert level in Object-Oriented Design and Service-Oriented Architecture - Strong collaboration and coaching skills - Highly motivated, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills As a .NET Engineer at NTT DATA, you will have the opportunity to lead the architecture of applications, work on cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the success of the organization.
