Desired Candidate Profile - 3+ Years of experience in building Microsoft .NET technology based web applications using SQL Server backend. - Strong knowledge on JavaScript, JQuery, HTML and CSS. - Strong knowledge of Object Oriented programming skills. - Great understanding, Debugging and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of web Performance tuning (optimizing images, minifying JS and CSS files, etc.) - Understanding of core concepts and best practices for implementing web-based solutions. - IIS web server configuration and App pool Settings - UI Design experience is an added advantage. - Knowledge on JavaScript Frameworks is a plus - Excellent communication skills for working with overseas clients. - Adhere to coding standards and produce high quality code - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline Responsibilities - Responsible for creating or modifying existing code to add new features and improve performance. - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable ASP .Net / C# code - Participate in design discussions and reviews - Involved in design work across the application layers(front-end, service and back-end) - Follow best practices, good naming conventions and generally accepted coding standards - Troubleshoot and test technical solutions. - Performance tuning of the web applications - Actively participate in environment readiness and supporting system testing phases Immediate Joiners Preferred (30 days' Notice period).
