Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

Oversee design and development of scalable applications using
.NET Core
and
React
.
Provide hands-on support in coding, architecture decisions, and full-stack integration.
Ensure implementation of
best practices
, design patterns, and code quality standards.

2. Project Planning & Execution

Break down business requirements into technical tasks and allocate work across the team.
Lead sprint planning, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Collaborate with product managers and QA for release planning and bug fixing.

3. Code Review & Quality Assurance

Review code for performance, security, and maintainability.
Guide the team in writing
clean, reusable, and testable code
.
Establish coding standards and ensure adherence through regular reviews.

4. Team Management & Mentoring

Mentor junior developers and help them improve their technical and soft skills.
Foster a positive team environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance feedback, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.

5. Communication & Collaboration

Act as a bridge between developers, UI/UX, QA, and management teams.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and progress.
Facilitate smooth communication within the team and across departments.

6. Deployment & DevOps Involvement

Assist in setting up
CI/CD pipelines
for deployment.
Work with DevOps teams to manage cloud hosting (Azure/AWS) and infrastructure.
Ensure application health, performance monitoring, and uptime management.
