Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead with deep expertise in .NET 8.0 Core and Blazor, and working knowledge of ASP.NET. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, drive architectural decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using 

  .NET 8.0 Core

   and 

  Blazor (Server/WebAssembly)

  .
• Provide architectural guidance and hands-on development support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Integrate legacy ASP.NET components where necessary and assist in modernization efforts.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with 

  .NET 8.0 Core

• Solid understanding of 

  component-based architecture

  Razor syntax

   in Blazor.
• Experience with 

  Dapper

   and ability to work with legacy codebases.
• Good knowledge of 

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  , and front-end integration.
• Experience with 

  Git

  CI/CD pipelines

  Azure DevOps

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
