Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership:

• Lead the design and development of robust, scalable applications using .NET technologies.
  
• Ensure architectural solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
  

System Design:

• Make critical architectural decisions to achieve optimal performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
  
• Design high-quality solutions leveraging microservices and cloud-based architectures.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  

End-to-End Solution Delivery:

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle — from planning and design to deployment and post-production support.
  

Tech Stack Evolution:

• Evaluate emerging .NET technologies and frameworks to keep the team at the forefront of innovation.
  
• Recommend modern tools, practices, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
  

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through profiling and tuning.
  
• Ensure scalability and system efficiency.
  

DevOps Integration:

• Implement automated build and deployment pipelines.
  
• Integrate DevOps practices to enhance code quality and delivery efficiency.
  

Cloud & Containerization Expertise:

• Utilize cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to build and deploy highly available applications.
  

Stakeholder Communication:

• Provide regular updates on architectural decisions, progress, risks, and timelines to senior management and stakeholders.
  

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure all solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance standards.
  
• Mitigate potential vulnerabilities through proactive design and implementation.
  

Requirements

• Experience:

  11-13 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Technical Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Web API, and Entity Framework.
  
• Strong experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms for building cloud-native applications.
  
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  
• Experience with modern frontend technologies (Angular, React, Vue.js) and their integration with .NET applications.
  
• Advanced skills in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) with a focus on performance and high availability.
  

• Process & Practices:

• Experience in Agile methodologies and leading teams through sprints and iterations.
  
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
  
• Knowledge of secure software development, identity management, encryption, and secure coding standards.

• Proven track record of leading successful projects.
  
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes.
  
• Ability to guide continuous improvement of technology and processes.
