Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a NEET Botany Faculty member located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The NEET Botany Faculty will be responsible for creating comprehensive lesson plans, delivering engaging lectures, and tutoring students in Botany to help them excel in the NEET exam. The role includes preparing study materials, assessing students' progress, and offering guidance for improvement. Collaboration with other faculty members to enhance the curriculum and contribute to a productive learning environment is also expected.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Botany and NEET exam patterns
• Experience in teaching Botany, preferably for competitive exams like NEET
• Ability to develop and deliver effective lesson plans and study materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborative mindset to work with other faculty members
• Master's degree in Botany or a related field; PhD is a plus
• Prior experience in the Ed-tech industry is beneficial
• Ability to speak fluently in Bengali
