Generate quality reports and metrics to track project performance and identify areas for improvement. Supplier and Contractor Management: Evaluate and qualify suppliers and contractors based on their quality management systems, capabilities, and performance history. Monitor supplier and contractor activities to ensure they meet quality requirements and contractual obligations. Quality Control Procedures: Develop and implement quality control procedures and work instructions for piping and structural installations. Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality control best practices and procedures. Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action: Investigate quality issues and non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions. Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in quality assurance and control processes. Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance overall project quality and performance. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure all quality assurance activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
