Naturopathy Physician / Naturopathic Doctor (B.N.Y.S.)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Naturopathy Physician (BNYS) to join our holistic wellness center in Salem
• This role is ideal for a fresher or a candidate with up to 1 year of clinical experience who is eager to apply the principles of Naturopathy and Yoga to promote patient health and well-being
• The physician will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, creating personalized natural treatment plans, and assisting with general clinic operations

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Treatment Conduct thorough initial patient consultations (history, physical examination, assessment) to understand the root cause of health issues
• Develop and implement individualized holistic treatment plans utilizing core naturopathic modalities (Yoga Therapy, Diet & Nutrition, Hydrotherapy, Mud Therapy, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture/Acupressure, Fasting Therapy)
• Provide detailed dietary and lifestyle counseling to patients, emphasizing prevention and self-care
• Administer or supervise the safe and effective delivery of physical Naturopathic treatments (eg, hydrotherapy procedures, mud packs, yoga asanas, pranayama)
• Monitor patient progress, document all findings accurately, and adjust treatment protocols as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals (if necessary) to ensure comprehensive patient management
• Clinic & Operational Support (Ideal for Fresher/Junior Role) Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and therapeutic clinical environment
• Manage and maintain accurate patient records and documentation (both physical and digital)
• Educate patients on the proper usage and benefits of various natural therapies and products
• Participate in health awareness campaigns, workshops, or webinars conducted by the center
• Support in inventory management for treatment consumables and natural health products

Required Qualifications & Skills Education

• Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) from a recognized institution
• Experience Fresher (0 years) to 1 year of clinical experience (internship/rotations are counted as relevant experience)

Skills & Attributes

• Strong Clinical Knowledge: Excellent understanding of Naturopathic principles, human anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Empathy & Communication: Exceptional listening, interpersonal, and counseling skills to build rapport with patients
• Treatment Proficiency: Competency in administering basic naturopathic and yoga therapies
• Language: Proficiency in English and Tamil is highly desirable (verbal and written)
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using clinic management software or MS Office for record-keeping
• Professionalism: High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and a passion for promoting natural healing
