Job Description

Evaluate patients with cardiac and thoracic conditions and determine surgical needs
Perform cardiac surgeries such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repair/replacement, and other heart procedures
Provide pre-operative assessment and post-operative follow-up care
Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and nursing staff
Interpret diagnostic tests including ECG, echocardiograms, angiograms, and imaging studies
Manage surgical complications and emergencies
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and ethical medical practices
Maintain accurate and complete medical and surgical records
Participate in clinical audits, research, and continuous medical education
Supervise and mentor junior doctors, residents, and surgical staff
