Summary You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Massage Therapist is responsible to perform professional massage therapy, body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and waxing (aesthetic services) and remain current with the industry. Qualifications Holder of an international certification in physical therapy or Spa treatments, with minimum of 2 years work experience as Therapist or Masseur/euse.

We are looking for an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and beauty, with a strong background in providing high-quality spa treatments. Responsibilities Provide a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps. Assess client needs and preferences to recommend appropriate treatments and services. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the spa area. Educate clients on skincare and wellness techniques to enhance their experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in spa therapies. Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in a spa or wellness center. Certification in massage therapy or relevant spa treatments. Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and skincare products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Certification in Spa Therapy / Beauty Therapy / Massage Therapy Fresher or 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a spa or wellness environment Pleasant personality, team spirit, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow Understanding of basic anatomy, massage techniques, and guest handling Skill required to cope up with diverse customers and therapies Sensitive to the needs and requirements of the guests DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver a variety of spa services (e.g., massages, facials, scrubs, wraps) professionally and according to training protocols. Create a relaxing, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests, focusing on their comfort and wellness experience. Assess guest needs, preferences, and any contraindications before starting treatments. Keep treatment rooms, linens, tools, and spa areas clean, sanitized, and well-organized at all times. Adhere strictly to service guidelines, treatment protocols, and safety standards. Handle spa tools, oils, and machines correctly and report any issues to supervisor/s. Attend regular training sessions to improve skills, learn new treatments, and stay updated on industry trends.

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related wellness field 6 years plus experience as a Therapist Provide advanced, hands-on therapy sessions (e.g., massage & spa treatments) to the guests. understanding of anatomy, treatment theory, and therapeutic practices Skill required to cope up with diverse guests and therapies Ability to motivate and develop the fellow team members Sensitive to the needs and requirements of the guests Excellent grooming, presentation, and communication skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • To perform Therapies/massages with in depth understanding and applicability in a timely, courteous and efficient manner as per the defined procedures and guidelines • Supervise and mentor junior therapists, supporting skill development and service consistency. • Ensure all treatment rooms and spa areas are maintained to the highest hygiene and presentation standards. • Monitor and ensure all therapists adhere to the established standards, ensuring consistency in treatment quality and client satisfaction. • Conduct onboarding, training, and continuous upskilling of spa therapists. • Develop and update training manuals, SOPs, and treatment protocols. • Perform skill assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve therapist performance. • Help in the recruitment of qualified therapists • Resolving day-to-day queries and grievances (if any) of the team
